The venue will be part of The Boxyard entertainment complex, located across from T-Mobile Park and near Lumen Field, expanding a district already known for live events and sports. Designed to bridge the gap between intimate theaters and large arenas, the space will feature flexible staging, modern production infrastructure, and artist-focused amenities tailored to today’s touring acts.
The project will integrate Victory Hall as a shared lobby and event space, with programming aligned to game days and other local happenings. Designed by Live Nation’s in-house Blueprint Studio with LMN Architects, the venue will blend brick, wood, and glass with cutting-edge concert technology. It aims to attract artists on mid-tier tours who currently lack a dedicated midsize indoor space in Seattle.
An Oxford Economics analysis estimates the venue will generate $70 million annually in local fan spending, $12 million in tax revenue, and a total regional economic impact of $129 million per year. Roughly half of that impact is expected to come from visitors outside the Seattle-Tacoma metro area. The project is also projected to create over 700 jobs. Stakeholders, including the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and the Port of Seattle, emphasize the venue’s potential to strengthen entertainment districts and support local businesses while balancing industrial land use.
