Florida State baseball has secured hosting rights for the Tallahassee Regional in the 2026 NCAA Tournament, marking the third consecutive season they’ve earned a regional site. The Seminoles, finishing the regular season with a 38-17 record, were in contention for a top-eight national seed before a loss in the ACC Tournament dimmed those prospects. They will learn their official seed during the NCAA Selection Show on Monday, broadcast on ESPN2.

This is the 38th time FSU has hosted an NCAA regional, and they enter with strong momentum — having won the past two regionals they hosted. Under head coach Link Jarrett, the team is undefeated in Tallahassee regional games, posting a perfect 6-0 record. Last season, they advanced deep into the tournament, falling just one game short of reaching the Men's College World Series.

The Seminoles are one of three Atlantic Coast Conference teams selected as regional hosts, joining Georgia Tech and North Carolina. The NCAA Selection Show will reveal the full 64-team field and seedings, setting the stage for the road to Omaha.
